SA Lump Sum Back Pay

Having checked my Arrears paid a few days ago it mostly looks correct, 3% of Basic Pay, 3% of Delivery Supplement, 3% of Overtime and 3% of Scheduled Attendance.
but where's my 3% of the Scheduled Attendance Lump Sum ? Only a few quid but surely it should have been paid.

To be paid at a later date have heard this weeks payslip but yet to be confirmed.

The improvements to holiday pay for Scheduled Attendance need to be individually calculated, and a date for payment will be announced later, including arrangements for backdating to April 2013.

Furthermore, it looks as if "Arrears of Basic Pay" has been rounded down.
Surely it should be 46 weeks x £372.10 x 3% - that's 46 x £8.163 but we've only been paid 46 x £8.16.
13.8p doesn't buy a lot these days but over 150,000 of us that's £20,000 or so Royal Mail has pocketed.

More seriously, hasn't "Arrears of Scheduled Attendance" been paid at just 30p an hour when it should have been 30.45p ( 3% of £10.15 ) per hour ?
