change of temp contract duration
I started RM in July on a 4.month contract which got renewed in November on another 4.month contract. My new contract this week has been renewed only on a 3.month contract. Can this be a normal thing? I was presuming it would just stay on 4mths?

They seem to be random.
Some posting on here have had 3 months and then 1 month.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

My first and second contracts (starting Dec 2012) were for 3 months each, and then my 3rd was extended to the end of the year (roughly 6 months). I then got a contract in Jan this year for 4 weeks! And finally on Friday I was given a permanent contract.
