Been on the waiting list for a few months now, loads of jobs have came up but can't get any of them as I don't live within a 15 mile radius even tho most of the jobs I lived. 18 miles away , it's ridiculous! I will never get a job in this case, no1 these days lives less than 15 miles from a job these days, get real Royal Mail!
Any ideas what to do?! Or thoughts on this !???

One of our guys just has to look out his window to see the office. Yet lives nearly a mile away.

The reason they like people who live close is because its easier to get in when bad weather hits, or if the need people in before the trains and buses start running. Until you get to to an interview there is not much you can do apart from keep applying, or more drastically, move.

1 mile for me, but will soon be 4 miles. 3 offices joining in an out of town delivery warehouse, then the individual in-town properties are up for millions.

I live 30 miles away from my D.O There is another one in the opposite direction thats 26 miles but actually takes longer to get to.
