lapsing my round

lapsing my round

my town round is being lapsed because i am nearest the office which is fair enough what i am not happy about is that they are sending me out to other offices i am not the junior man or a reserve are they allowed to do this

I am in the same boat, but as i have been displaced in a round about way i go up each week to the office and pick my choice of the available duties for that week, sickness, holiday cover etc etc, as for being moved, yes it could happen for operational needs, but that also applies to everyone.

Make sure you sign on at your own office at the correct start time every day and then make them get you a lift to the office they want you to work at that day.

And i believe u are entitled to be at your original office at your finish time (not the office u are sent to)...

we have an agreement in writing at our do. volunteers first then reserves. You are entitled to sign on at your do at your start time then either take a van or your own car with mileage costs. then you are entitled to enhanced payment for meal , think its about £6-7. soon ads up
