Just been told by my l/manager that I have reached a stage 1, although I am 99% certain that I have & if I am given one so be it.
My last absence which as triggered this stage was a full week of work 16th sept / 21st sept 2013 how long do they have to issue a stage after I have triggered it? As you can see this is 5 months after my last absence & even though I have been told I have a stage 1, no meeting has yet been arranged.thks for any replys.
