i work 35 hours 45 minutes a week. 3 hours been seg and 2.45 for sa.

what would i be looking at getting in this back pay deal roughly any ideas?

like i sed im sorry if its a stupid question or in the wrong thread.

you won't be getting anything for the SA that will be later on as it has to be calculated individually for some reason.

The regular and overtime hours - various threads on here say its approx 540 quid before tax for a FT with no overtime.

The second batch of shares because the share price jumped so much that tax man wouldn't let us have them all in one go.

Still can't sell them though.

week 45 this thurs the last payslip of the current pay rates.week46 on the 21st february will see the new april 2013 payrise together with backpay on basic pay and all performed sa hours and overtime hours. keep your payslip handy this week to refer to it.here are some examples persons performing just a five day week without any sa or ot will receive 45x462.94 x 3 percent =624.97.persons performing 6 day week will receive the same plus an additional109.62 if you get 8 hours for your day off of course together with a smallamount for sa xmas hours. persons performing sa and overtime this is where your payslip for week 45 comes in handy. extract your assesable figure at the bottom add on 45 weeks pension cont this will now give you your gross earnings to date .next deduct your 2 sa hol payments plus any lump sums example buss transformations and xmas bonus and multiply net figure by three percent. heres an example week 45 assesable pay 29856.65 add on 45x27.27 therefore gross pay =31083.80 then deduct 1330.00 for sa hol pay and bonuses because these dont attract backpay = net backpay figure of29753.80 x3 percent=892.61 hope that makes sense. just as a footnote 1.08 extra for every hour worked over 10 hours normal ot2 on pay slip

Thanks for that "havering" but are you certain that SA will be paid on 21 Feb - all the LTBs mentioning back pay I seem to recall specifically stated that SA would not be included, and that it would follow later because they have to calculate it individually.

Have a look to see how much you have earned this year ( its on your pay slip ) then add 3%. That will be roughly what you will get

Eligible employees will receive back pay next week or in February salaries

The dates for introducing the new pay rate have been announced.

They are 21 February for weekly paid employees, with February salaries at the end of the month for monthly paid employees.

The increases, which cover pay, pay supplements, allowances and additional hours payments are backdated to 1 April 2013, and back pay will be paid at the same time.

The improvements to holiday pay for Scheduled Attendance need to be individually calculated, and a date for payment will be announced later, including arrangements for backdating to April 2013.

Back pay due to leavers since April 2013 will be calculated and paid on 28 February for weekly or in March for monthly paid employees.
