Day Owing ?

We have a rotating day off but on a friday we also get the saturday (4 day week),we work longer days to get extra day off.My holidays land on this week so do they owe me a day.

Yes but you'll probably have to ask for it the computer doesn't like doing things like that automatically.

If your holidays land on that week you should only need to use 4 days but be careful because as you work longer days it costs you more hours to take holidays and if they haven't adjusted that flagging this up might just trigger it.
We had guys on the week off scheme for 3 years before managers realised that they shouldn't have been getting 6 full weeks holidays..

I think this has all changed now it's going to the PSP system, the computer should automatically take off/add on the hours (the reason for changing to hours I thought).

Why in God`s name do we all have to keep making sure that we aren't getting ripped off all the time, I swear, it`s causing me extra lines on my forehead!!.

Already switched, we've been on it for the past couple of years so everyone should be on it by now (which is why I know how many hours I have left on my leave entitlement and not days/weeks).
