Right, I'm currently on 20 hours a week.
I'm on a floating duty with another lad who's been here longer than me, doing the same as him and he's on 25 hours a week.
So we do the same job yet he gets more at the end of the day.
Will my hours ever be increased and if not, is there any way I can go about getting them increased?

So does he work five hours longer than you, or are you doing 25 hours and not booking the overtime?

Not unless they actually do more than their contract on a regular basis, or by signing for another duty that has more hours.JoeWagg wrote:So no one who's started on a certain amount of hours have ever had them upped then?
