Re: Early Voluntary Redundancies - 20 years
I's difficult to say without knowing your age and what kind of money you're on now.
Service over the age of 41 is worth 50% more when it comes to working out your VR package.
Take professional advice.

........Is the quick and dirty formula but other factors can apply.0.5 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year less than 22
1.0 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year is 22 or above, but less than 41
1.5 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year is 41+
and multiplied by 3.75.
Take professional advice.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Re: Early Voluntary Redundancies - 20 years
3 Years at 0.5 = 1.5 weeks
19 years at 1.0 = 19 weeks
4 years at 1.5 = 6 weeks
total = 26.5weeks * 372 = 9858 * 3.75=
36967.5
Extremely rough calculations - go to HR before making a financial decision.

Are these figures based on the employee being a FT contract from Day One of joining RM or not ?
