How much would you expect to get from an EVR package for 20 years with RM ?

I's difficult to say without knowing your age and what kind of money you're on now.
Service over the age of 41 is worth 50% more when it comes to working out your VR package.

0.5 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year less than 22
1.0 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year is 22 or above, but less than 41
1.5 weeks’ Pay for each full year of service where age during year is 41+

and multiplied by 3.75.

........Is the quick and dirty formula but other factors can apply.

sttarted at 29 so thats 12 years at 1 weeks wage and 13 at 1.5

31.5 weeks @ 372 = 11718

multiplied by 3.75 = £43942.5

but don't take as gospel get a better figure from HR

Are these figures based on the employee being a FT contract from Day One of joining RM or not ?
