acting manager with months of being an arsehole loads of bullying and harassement ,grievences ,against him with no effect still doing the same job and continually saying the deliveries were easy and that we were the problems and not working hard enough ,dropping us in the s**t for the smallest error when ever he could
friend of the DOM and managers so protected or so he thought,
threatening us with the conduct code al the time

now back on deliveries doing a round , but coming in well early to start before his time, working though his breaks , and putting in his D2Ds in his own time , and of course no one is speaking to him : not even the other managers will give him the time of day nana long may it continue

he sounds like he deserves it

unfortunatly he is not that stupid ,picked a good delivery in the repick some months ago which was ring fenced for him so can still finish earlier than most

If he's coming in early, skipping breaks and putting in D2D in his own time you'll probably find he's still working more hours than most.

We worked it out recently that some people in our office are working between 7 and 10 hours a week more than us. That's £4-£5,000 worth of hours every year.

Wonder if the big institutional shareholders are aware of how much money is wasted on non-productive managerial employees?
