Some couldn't be bothered to read the agreement, some couldn't be bothered to vote.
I am surprised some people can be bother to breathe un-aided.
I read the "whole" agreement and then bothered to mark 2 "X"'s and proceeded to post them into a letter frame, it wasn't hard at all.

because as weve been told ofte enough here there is 95,ooo del staff and 20,ooo mc staff so over 66,ooo voted so the majority must have been del staff. seeing that there is only 20,ooo mc staff.

Delivery staff massively outnumber MC staff.This agreement was voted in because delivery staff wanted it in.

Good for you mate, Turkeys voting for Christmas spring to mind. Performance levels, more D2D, no strike agreement etc. I must have been mad to vote no.

I read the agreement, took time to re-read and understand points where necessary.
I then voted NO.
I cast my vote knowing that the agreement would be voted in. Unlike many of our colleagues I cast my vote, I had my say. If I felt that I couldn't decide which way to vote I would have simply spoilt my ballot paper, that way I still have my say.
