Just wondering if it was possible for me to request IHR?
I've been off for quite a while now and am unable to carry on doing a delivery.

It's pretty much up to ATOS to recommend it first I thought and even then it's gotta go through hoops.
If you are genuinely no longer able to do the job and they can't find suitable replacement work then you may get lucky.
