Does anyone know if we are getting back pay on overtime we have performed ?

Its a legal right as far as I am aware.

If the agreement is accepted it includes a pay rise from 1 April 2013, flowing through to overtime , SA and +10hour overtime.

the branch sec said after our roadshow briefing that it would be paid on the 21st feb. seems like they already know it will be a yes vote.
