Here are a few offices who have gone through transformation and have a large percentage of full time and clearly are not at 100.

Shows that these are offices have correctly applied the national agreements and have forced management to do so also.

Altens 121 FT and 10 PT
Liverpool South 110 FT and 13 PT
Manchester DO 76 FT and 2 PT
Hereford 169 FT and 31 PT
Wisbeach 76 FT and 4 PT
Preston 192 FT and 20 PT
Derby 28 ft and 5 pt
Abingdon 81 full time and 4 part time
Bristol BS2 19 full time and 3 part time.
St Ives Camb 39 FT and 1 PT

I could go on but the fact is that there are a lot of offices throughout the UK who did not agree 100BSI and they are not the enemy the same way as those in London are not.

Since you evidently have access to the statistics will you also list the dozen Delivery Offices with the LOWEST percentages of full timers ?

And while you're at it tell us what you're going to do for those that are at or above 100 bsi besides blaming the reps.

And after that tell us what you're going to do for all offices when full timers leave and are replaced by part timers.

Dingo, just like to point out that your figures for Derby are wrong. We are split into 7 "towns" and only 2 have gone "live" with delivery methods and only one of them (the smallest and easiest to get right) is working. The other to go live has a BSI of 93 and we are currently trying to resolve the issues before the other towns go live.Derby has over 300 deliveries and each "town" will have its own BSI but as you rightly point out none of them will be 100.

Tomangoe according to the national lump sum payments Derby T1 , Derby T2 , Derby t3 , Derby T4 , Derby t4 , Derby T5 , Derby T6 and Derby T7 have all completed their revisions and got £1000. The Derby Office with the 27 full timers and 4 part timers is Derby T5.

Obviously if this not factual then please advise me and I will alert the union.

If you read properly Derby T5 , there are 6 other Derby offices.

Hull City has received 800 and has 153 full time staff and 59 part time.
Hull East SPDOs 19 full time and 23 part time
Hull west SPDOs 11 full time and 23 part time
Hunslett has 30 full time and 12 part time
Ilkley has 41 full time and 16 part time.

Altens DO Revision was introduced with 100ep.......this Unit is based in the Mail Centre and many of the Delivery OPG's have to sort mail in the Mail Centre from 4am - 6.30am. This keeps the Unit predominantly full time but if the Mail Centre was correctly staffed and this workload disappeared then the ratio of part - time staff would increase significantly! (I'm sure it's around 300 hours per week MC work, possibly more)

Truly pointless post of the year.
An office that was at 95 but moved to 100 was also "correctly applying the national agreement and forcing management to do so also."

Some questions:
1.How is the EP of an office calculated? How many unit reps were trained in this in 2010/11?
2. What does an increase of 10 EP actually mean for an office in the way of cut hours/duties?
3. Those offices with a poor indoor performance - will RM be happy to leave them underperforming? Or will they be facing lapsing/job cuts in the coming years as their performance improves and will they still have the luxury of MTSF?
4. As a trade unionist are you proud of these underperforming offices? Is that what the CWU has become - a refuge for the workshy?
5. How should a CWU member react to seeing some colleagues working at half the rate of others? Does that promote unity and harmony?

I realise you feel the need to big up the union but continually doing it at the expense of other CWU members is irritating to say the least.
The union is a busted flush and you should realise that better than anyone on here.
A no-strike deal in return for some half-baked legal protections?
