Nice to see them doing something though rather than standing around 
watching everyone else struggle. I think it makes them feel like they are down with the kids, never see them picking up the nightmare walks though.

Who wants to do delivery beyond 3pm? That's why they end up doing it, if finish times were left more would be willing, not worth chew "your late ain't yer?" don't mind doing parcels on ot.

I'm pretty sure that There's something in one of the national agreements saying managers shouldn't perform ooh work
In our office we have god alone knows how many local agreements on this point
And of course gaffers ignore them daily
