Can someone advise me what @SSPR stands for on the payslips even my DOM couldn't make it out.

As usual the oracle that is fishtank has the answer.

Single Standard Pay Rate.

6. Transformation Lump Sums are paid pro-rata to contractual hours, plus additional hours paid at SSPR (Single Standard Pay Rate), paid in the 12 months prior to the date when Transformation targets are authorised as achieved by the RFD.

It's nothing to do with sick pay...it just shows up on your pay slip if you're a part-timer doing overtime under 40/39hrs.

That's right then. If you are under 39 hours, but still over your contract hours then its SSPR. (Single Standard Pay Rate), which coincidently will be about 50p higher than a FT/PT hourly rate to take into account the extra Delivery Supplement.
