If its related to something like allocation of overtime for example you need to file a Stage 1 grievance... if it relates to his/her treatment of you that doesn't fall under B & H you can go straight to Stage 2 which goes to your second line manager. Who is your second line manager? Good question! From experience we have sent grievances that have gone straight to Stage 2 to DSM support and let them sort out a manager to hear your case...

its regards to overtime being taken way from me but not others.

Probably a Stage 1 grievance then... tell your manager you want to arrange a meeting with him under the grievance procedure. I believe he should write to you giving you 48 hours notice... if you're in the union and have a local rep make sure they attend with you or you can take a colleague in with you... think of specific questions you want to ask... he/she should give you a written response with 5 working days...
