1st day back with a 6.15 start to discover a large number of people had come in normal time between 4.30 - 5.00am so they could prep up walk, get out early, using their cars to finish early for their second job, etc. Seemed to work for them as managers watched them rush out the door before 7.00am to stert their duties without any problem. Does this mean if you come in early, rush around, no meal relief, overweight pouches, own car, etc you will be ok as long as duty is done and the new start times are irrelevant? Or is this going to change? P.S. Got the new mobile '3' broadband on my laptop, £15 a month, use anywhere! as l sit in the carpark eating my sandwiches before l start my walk duty, already had phonecalls some posties in their cars are on their way home finished, am l missing something here or is this a plan by management to allow this for reasons l cannot see?

That's eaxactly what the nuggets in my office did 12 months ago. The voted (on dodgy info I should add) to change from 05.00 to 06.30 and the soft sods with their hands in the air all came in an hour early, took no breal and rushed around to finish at the usual time they always did.
