Lone parent postie query?
I know in deliveries ( in my office anyway ) if you are crocked you can be giving a driving duty and leap frog others with more seniority. But my question is, if you become a lone parent can you also leap frog others ie for a round that has better hours or days off which suit your child care issues due to your circumstances if a re-pick occurs?

flexible working. if your a union member suss out a equality rep within your branch and apply for hours that suit your needs. whether you or others like it or not its the law of the land.
