well have just been informed today that my office our going to get the final payment on the 2010 transformation deal the last £ 200 , i had given up hope of ever seeing this, as i thought it had gone the same way as the colleague shares . i hope to hear more of you on here getting yours , best of luck

When ours eventually came it was on condition we accepted the annual 5% staff reduction.
Obviously, everyone was keen to get the £££s so gladly absorbed their colleagues duties

We were lucky in that respect that no other changes were required
And because i am the only one who kicks off if they try to get us to do more lapsing
its kept to a minuim

Had ours at christmas, a deal was made but membership didn't get to vote whether to accept it.
Bit of an upset now during a repick due to the decisions made.

funny enough that was my first thought
second thought maybe its so as they can give moya a much needed pay rise
because she is clearly underpaid
