Hi, i spoke with one of my close friends today who works in a nearby mail centre, she's had some issues at work and she's worried that she may lose her job. Because she is still working and not been sent home or suspended does this mean that she'll be ok?. her office rep says it looks positive because she's still working while the investigation is taking place.
I don't really want too go into fine detail, just thought I may be able to get some advice for her. ty

Re: Advice please
it depends on what she has done to be honest, she would only be sent home if she was a threat to the security of mail or others, even if she is still working she could still end up being dismissed for gross misconduct depending on what she has doneProfessor S Gulpfish wrote:Hi, i spoke with one of my close friends today who works in a nearby mail centre, she's had some issues at work and she's worried that she may lose her job. Re: Advice please
in that case yes the fact she is still at work is a good sign, as they could have quite easily suspended her with something along the lines of her being a threat to someones safety if they really wanted to, so i would imagine if she gets conducted she will be looking at suspended dismissal at the most and probablly just a warning if this was a one off and no other disciplinary matters in the pastProfessor S Gulpfish wrote: Disagreement over work issues which may or may not got a little heated.
