Some staff got told on friday if they took extra then they could leave before their time when finished, yet I said I don't think I could as it would mean I'd be late back I was told "well if you do get back early then you'll stay to your time". I know some didn't take break and didn't use equipment to get back early. Not really sure that's fair but it's rm after all.

next time ask the dom to put this instruction in writing, when he does then i would email moya with a picture of it and then see what happens to him for letting people away early

Surely if you've had your revision then the tools are the tools and MUST be used.
It does sound as though he has reintroduced job and knock.

you can ask them to put any request in writing(within sensible reason), its a reasonable request to do so, funnily enough when you usually ask them to do this, they refuse and dont ask you to do the thing they were requesting in the first place, funny that

the ones who did the rushing about are to blame as much as the dom. he should not be giving that instruction. If you get back early from delivery and have had all your breaks then dom can ask you to take out extra but not over the delivery span for the particular method of delivery.
