HRS/finance ops lump sum

Received a payment on my pay slip this week of HRS/finance lump sum for the grand total of £16 could someone explain what this is ? Thanks

HRS/finance lump sum is i think either the performance bonus or the incentive bonus we were paid before Christmas.
I suspect that if it was calculated on hours worked rather than contracted hours this will be them making any adjustments.
If that's the case it will probably only apply to part-timers.

I just checked my payslip from the week we received our xmas bonus, and there is a HRS/Finance payment there as well. So yeah, looks like it is something to do with that. :dance

I got the princely sum of £3.89 and naturally assumed it was my 3% payrise, backdated from April. :dance :dance

Multiply that by 100 and I could see how you could make that mistake. :dance

Paxton you could have bought a first class stamp with that just a few years ago. Stick it in your pension. You will get 5p tax relief.

To cashcityrocker, I would love to ear your views on full timers being shafted, has I am a part timer and I bet I get shafted more than you. What about Xmas when full timers received a bigger pay out than us because we are pro rata (bull) but still did the same hours has full timers.

If you did full time hours leading up to Christmas then you got the full £100 Christmas bonus. Anything else wasn't a Christmas bonus hence paid pro rata. Don't forget full timers started off part time too.

Not all Full timers start as part time...

Yes, clash was joking...

Are you saying that Xmas bonus was paid on hours worked or whether one was made up as FT to cover Xmas pressure. The two are not the same - some just get overtime and worked as many hours as they could but not made up...
