Thanks postman.. Just listened to that!!! Well what can I say???? It sounded to me he just beat and beat us poties with a massive stick!!! He really does think we are lazy sh***s who just dont deserve a wage let alone a decent wage... This man (if you can call him that) really has no idea what its like to go out on delivery. To get soaking wet freezing cold or sweat like mad in summer.. get home shagged from endless steps and trecking with 16kg on your back and on I could go!! He has COMPLETE contempt for his staff and the work we do.. He lives in complete ignorance in the basics of the industry he is destroying... This government A/L and A/C must be exposed for their incompetance and lack of vision for the truly great institution we really have the potential to become!! I am digraced and totally let down by the clowns that are supposed to be running this show....

This is the same Adam Crozier who made a mess of the Football Assiocation including moving the FA headquaters to Soho Square and leaving the FA millions of pounds in debt. He never has to face only a daily basis: the risk of getting bitten by dogs, doing a deliver on a high rise council estate, facing people who are waiting for their grio to be delivered, having to deal with unruly people brandishing a can of special brew, the weather including heavy rain and having to go down waterlogged and flooded tenfoots (like I did this summer), snow and icy pavements and gale force winds. He never has to fight his way down overgrown footpaths and tenfoots or have to walk on uneven paves or risk getting tripped up on cracked surfaces. He never has to even have to get out of bed on a saturday. While him and Leighton live it up with his over-inflated salary he seems to treat us hard working postmen and postwomen who faces this daily risks like gophers. The sooner we get his resignation the better :cfo :lfo

I dont think Adam Crozier could ever find it in himself to utter a word of praise to his workforce if his arse was on fire!!! I thought the world of modern management worked hand in hand with its employees with support and encouragement and above all reward!!!

RM was slated in a article regarding it's appalling communications especially over the Union leaking RM's pensions proposals to the papers , however L&C are salesman , it doe sn't matter if they contradict themselves later or lie ; it's all about closing the deal , morals and ethics do not exist. They are dinosaurs from the 80's & 90's when things at best were amoral . Remember Gekko in Wall St and greed is good , that was the template for the time and L&C are City People , true blue Thatcherites to the bone . The same article said no industry can carry on in the medium to long term with such low morale and Board & Senior Management viewing "our people " in such distain. They hold people in such distain as those people are union members and the Victorian Millowner Mentality is to smash the union .
He's dragged up obscure vague stuff about spanish practices as he's desperate and he doesn't want the Union to kill the goose that lays the golden egg for him. If the Titanic was going down L&C with his Senior/Area Mgrs /DOMs etc would be in the first life boat in ginger wigs and floral frocks . The other analogy is the WW1 Generals 20 miles behind the front line . In any other PLC Crozier would be in the office with his superior wanting his blood on the carpet or there would be a shareholder's revolt/vote of no confidence
Crozier was responsible for Sven Goran Errickson , as the "big idea " was the continental manager -that worked well, 4-4-2 long ball, ping-pong football . He was also responsible for the FA Cup round date changes and Man U not contesting the competition . 92 FA Blazers reduced to 12 " personalties " , six times the original wage bill and cost of move to Soho Square .
It's the likes of Melvin and his lackies that fed Crozier with that Spanish Practice stuff , just a smokescreen to deflect from the Edwardian start when it's dark and finish when it's dark and be grateful you've a job , you b*****ds ( sorry our people ). Melvin deliberately orchestrated strikes in Scotland to starve people back into Work like a Millowner. So much for the backward 70's union.
