Speaking of real agendas hans, has there been any update on the recruitment of Work Place Coaches or World Class Mail Champions by the dozen? We have 6 or 7 now or about 20 per coach @ £30 a week extra for no apparent reason at the moment but there must be one surely. Wonder if its anything to do with the Agenda for Growth which we haven't been a party to yet :hmmmm

4 new wpc in ours and numerous wcm
watch them all squeal when their ot gets cut now xmas is over
at the moment all they are doing is siding with mgmt and spying sniping on opg,s
worse than them though is acting managers 3 of them
so in an office of 150 we now have 6 wpc , about 6 wcm fuds,3 acting managers
who do all the crap work for their masters for 20 -30 quid a week
i want them all out the union btw but rep defends them that is until they shop him
slithering reptiles that they are with clipboards

no matter the spin that comes from Dave Ward & Co ... their is no guarantees as Royal Mail could use the exceptional circumstances clause in the deal leaving us in the sh!t ... so it is a massive "NO" F*cking way from moi

Ours haven't done anything to date. We haven't had any WCM up to now but still we manage to tie our own shoelaces and walk upstairs unaided.
