Learning PHG Role

I know there is no PHG role anymore, but their jobs still exist :)

I am in the locker for the next couple of weeks getting trained up etc.

are there any downloads I can grab that will point me in the right direction?

Pour freshly boiled water directly onto your teabag in a mug. This way the tea infuses better than adding the teabag to water.
Leave to brew for 4-5 minutes according to taste.

Don't listen to Fishtank, I work in the locker and it's better to stick to coffee, tea bags are messy , just make sure you have at least 2 newspapers and take a pillow:cuppa

Surely this is all wrong, the milk must go in first and then the boiling water. What about biscuits? Oh the agony of choice.

More Playboy, Sudoko & Crosswords give the impression of intelligence though I do a crossword when the auditors in, not that I know or understand the clues I just write any old letters in.

If you're getting a few weeks training you should be fine.Just make notes to help you remember,it's really straightforward,but there are lots of small things to remember and when you're left on your own to do the job its easy to forget something. I won't bore you with hilarious remarks about coffee and tea, thats already been done to death
