Hi was wondering if anyone knows what the overtime rate is going to be if and when the new deal has been agreed.It says on the agreement an additional increase in the over 10 hour overtime rate but doesnt say to what?Can anyone help kind regards

to be honest that says it all about the full agreement , nothing is set in stone. any normal job is time and half for any overtime. but the dims don't pay it anyway.

Well that's another word that's bandied about a lot in these communiques from the union - "significant" another term that means nothing.

From what I remember reading the agreement, OT after 10 hours is paid at basic rate and not below as it is currently.

How the CWU originally managed to negotiate the only pay deal I've ever heard of that pays less than basic wage in the first place is beyond me.
