The next Employee Survey opens on Monday 24 March and closes on Friday 11 April.

This is your opportunity to tell us what we need to do to make this a better place to work.

Before the survey begins, managers need to complete their action plans on Archway. Your manager will work with you and your colleagues to understand how successful the existing plan is, and where improvements can be made.

It’s your chance to explain any issues you have in the workplace and highlight areas where you think improvements can be made.

The action plan must be completed by Monday 20th January.

These plans are important because they show us the ways we can improve and give practical steps to help us meet our goals. This is a matter for everyone in the company. It cannot succeed without the commitment of everyone.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

We won't get the full facts this year though because it took an FOI request last year and they don't do those anymore.

im writing on mine, FRONT PAGE IN MARKER PEN.. bullied, harassed, overloaded with impossible work loads and taking the piss.... and you c..ts have the cheek to send out these bull sh.t surveys..

they can shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Just leave it blank and send it back, no action is taken on what we say anyway, just another company selling survey results .
Why are lino's paid full-time ??
