Stage one warning..How long

How long will this be on my record before the slate is wiped clean ...Some posties saying 6 months and others a year..Who is correct thanks ?

If you are on a stage and stay below the trigger points you come off it in 6 months.

The sickies that caused it though stay live for 12 months.

However its not been tested yet as far as I know, and reading the new conduct agreement its possible that one absence could conceivably cause 2 stage 1s which is patently unfair.
