Is there a final cut off date for all remaining revision to be completed by? ty

Yes the lifetime of the agreement - which was meant to end in 2013. However its probably open ended, my own office may not be in for years yet due to the physical nature of the building, and the difficulties of finding a suitable replacement.

ty, I've been hearing that springtime this year mar/apr/may time is the final date that revisions need too be finalized by? Perhaps not though
