A couple of things

Hello. Been in the role about two months now and I do enjoy the job.

1. I'm on a part time 20 hour contract at the moment. Will my hours ever be increased etc?
2. Believe it or not, I have only just been told about 'Door to Door' sheets. Usually my frame is prepped but last week it wasn't and when I asked if I had any door to doors someone told me to have a look at the sheet. Can anyone explain them to me as I had a quick look but it didn't register. Or maybe I'm just being thick.

I've not seen a door to door sheet since payment for them was replaced by the Delivery Supplement in June 2010.

We have them at mine, just has the walk name and which contracts so handy on advance to know how many you have that week and the week ahead.

1. Possibly - its all down to local management and conditions.

2. The D2D control sheet has 3 sections. The first is a list of streets and the number of registered addresses that the D2Ds should be delivered to, and a control section on each street so everyone knows which ones have been delivered. The 2nd part is the list of D2Ds due to be delivered that week. The 3rd Part if the part you sign at the end of the week to say you delivered them.

You also have a section for addresses that are exempt from D2D deliveries.

I think the control sheet changed since a couple of years back: I ma not sure it has the list of address section/roads to deliver anymore. But you have the contract numbers (how many) and a tick box whether they have arrived. Then the signature of the OPG, Manager (?), and excesses and the reason for excesses etc

So nobody has even told you to sign when you deliver the D2Ds? :crazy: The signature is more about delivery rather than prepping...
