Redeployment? IHR?

If offered redeployment due to a medical condition, can you reject this and take the IHR or do you have to redeploy no matter what.

Have you been offered retirement through ill health. Seems to me the business is trying to make a reasonable adjustmant to your condition. How far away is this redeployment will also be another factor to consider

Not as yet but going that way. Was wondering if you have to take the redeployment no matter or could reject it and go to IHR. It's a hyperthetical question

Depends if you are offered retirment as well as redeployment. From what i have seen on this forum retirment seems the norm to try and slim down the staff head count.
