Early shift start times

Are there any RM or Working Time Directive regulations referring to what is a reasonable start time for an early shift worker?

I believe it is well documented that our bodies are naturally at our lowest ebb between 0300 - 0400, so is it reasonable for me to get up at 0330 to start work at 0430?

There are no rules/laws regarding start times in any line of work, only your contract of employment.

I really liked starting at 4:30 5:00 am when I started.

yes but then it was only a 5 hr shift with 7 hrs 18 mins pay
