Have I trigged a Stage 3 ?

Hi can somebody help me I was put on a stage 2 in april and I went sick for five days in august and now im sick in january 2014 hav I triggered a stage 3 or have I retriggered a stage 2.

You really need to get your rep to look at your sick record in detail with you, but based on the info you have given I would say that you would have reverted to a stage one in October/ November time.
So it looks like a new stage 2 for you?
But please don't take this as gospel, get your rep to take a look.

On this subject. I currently have a sick line for 7 days. Was off for 7 days last May. As this takes me to 14, will I trigger a Stage 1?

Don't know if that will work, but can't see any real reason why they should refuse.

Alternatively, ask your manager to get it for you.
