Are we going to get the difference on the overtime rate and shedule attendance rate for the new agreement be back dated to April 2013 and if so when would we be receiving it ?

Yes


Once its been voted on, and Royal Mail informed of the outcome - Estimated mid February.

if it gets a yes vote , with the issues in delivery I wouldn't bank on it .
