changing absorptiion

asked dom to change absorption as started straight after christmas because as i am a floater i can see uneven balance.i cover ft walks and they are all about 4 hr del but 2 of them have 5 mins absorption 2 have about 15 mins and 1 takes 25 mins i came up with idea to even up and dom says he can not change them as it could upset some people but the fact is they are finishing earlier with less to do! on mon i said if it does not change i will cut off when i do walks with too much lapsing, he now says it will be willfull delay , surely he should be looking at evening things up i explained this but he will not change it , it is ridiculous, i have not yet cut off but i will if not change lapsing, why will he not change does it have to be agreed with union first? or should i just tell him i will not do heavy lapsing as finishing too late?

If you genuinely don't have time on some days to do your delivery and lapsing/absorption then you are perfectly entitled to cut off,no question of wilful delay!

yep i will because it is almost impossible to finish on time with heavy lapsing walks yet alone average ones then maybe dom will chang it ! thanx

He won't change anything if people accept it but if you cut off it'll cause him problems and he might have to do some work.

Some of that work will start with him attempting to bully the problem away. Stand stong.
