un official industrial action can result in dismissal. but, it happens and if the strength of feeling is there for your colleague and you believe your cause is just all power to you and sod some anti union tory law.

Imperative to ascertain thinking of rep dealing with case and the subsequent appeal,whilst this is ongoing,it is vital that you all show empathy with your colleague who will naturally feel extremely vulnerable at this stressful time,speaking from personal experience,this means an immense amount and provides great solace.
