Back pay is easy to work out look at your gross wages this year and for every £10,000 earnt its £300 then £30 for every £1000 after that

look at your assesable pay figure for the year add on the appropiate amount of weekly pension contributions deduct your may and august sa payments also deduct your xmas bonus and one off lump sum . then multiply the net figure by 3 percent and that my friends is your backpay

why are you adding on weekly prension contributions we dont pay tax on them ?

Deciding to vote Yes or No on an agreement which you "have not seen the fine detail of " serves no one well. Neither does accepting an agreement (good or bad) on the single basis that "I could not have done better".

Everyone, in my opinion, has a responsibility to themselves and their colleagues to read and fully understand the agreement its implications and conditions, and then come to a reasoned and fully informed decision. Not everyone's decision will be the same, but at least if everyone took their individual responsibility seriously it would make it harder for unscrupulous managers and reps to blind side you into accepting changes which are outside or against the agreement.
