Xmas pay

Sure I read details of pay over the Xmas period on here for the cut off dates on overtime.
Payslip just arrived and looks like I'm only getting my overtime booked in from last Tuesday (17 dec)
Surely they didn't process wages from then?
Could have really done with the rest of the overtime I did last week, or most of it at least

I was told the cut-off date for OT was last Wednesday.

Didn't get paid Saturday shift (21/12/2013), is that normal? I never worked saturday before, should I get it next week?

Looks like I am missing overtime from Fri 20th and Sat 21st. Those poor people at wages obviously can't be expected to work up to Christmas Eve like us!

The cut off date was weds or thurs. They did the same thing last year. Should all be up to date when next weeks gets paid!

same for me,worked my rest days friday and saturday for some extra cash over xmas only to open my wage slip and find a flat weeks wage.

Its all so frustrating that many Delivery offices do not have docket sheets recorded and signed off so that everything is transparent and no silliness from and quibbles with managers.

I must have done at least 10 hours OT (day off and overrunning) this week but I have just been paid a fraction. The manager say OT is noted (in his head) and office staff are too busy to show you what has been recorded...

The problem is that OT rate over 10 hours has now gone up and most of us will probably miss out because the OT for this week will be split over 2 weeks

They do this every year but I always forget. Just worked out I'm owed nearly 15 hours for last week's efforts, they really are a poor show at this time of year when we need the money most and the cut off for o/t is brought forward for spurious reasons that have nothing to do with office staff and more to do with the smoothing of the wage bill.

i write down what i do, but wonder how many will forget or get confused by bits of overtime from the 2 weeks, also end up with some added together to go to the lower rate of pay

I did overtime everyday last weekand havnt seen a penny so regardless of what day was the cut off point sounds like I should of at least been paid abit of it

mon 16th - thur 19th worked 6 hr 48 mins ot,yes you've guessed it been payed 4 hrs 2 hr 48 mins shortfall,doms hopeing you wont notice yet again,always write your hours down folks.
