i dont have any but my P& L partner has 1,,, when we got back every frame with 1 was loaded ,, and we were told take where your going mon and tues ,, i asked is there an enhanced payment ,, no reply ,, are they taking the pi** ?

thought it was 20% a day, rather than 50%+ though?

regardless even if we did 100% in one day there is no payments for doing any d2d on any day anymore

and its planned over 6 days so its actually supposed to be planned for 16% per day

my argument was well those houses that get on wed thur aint gonna get any because we are off and there isn't any incentive to deliver them as they aren't in our planned workload ,, got told you gotta deliver them

you have got Mon,Tues,Fri and Sat to do them that's 4 days, whats the problem. To me that is 25%

dont need an incentive to deliver them, they are part of normal work load, you need to do them and if you dont have time, inform the manager and either take OT or cut off depending on what he wants you to do and what you are prepared to do

One for me - none for my partner walk. Throwing them all in on Monday and they will go with the mail over the rest of the week - probably shift 95% of them on the first day but they are only thin :) no problem and we didn't have any at all last week on either walk - is common sense creeping in here somewhere ?

You must deliver 25% of d2d's this week a day Mon,Tues,Fri and Sat.
As people above have said,you can always cut off if you don't want to go over your finishing time
