Over heard the dom say to the line manger keep the overtime down now because it's eating in to OUR bonus

Wondered why our linos were all still shuffling about on the shop floor today after 9 , then I saw the area boss in their office using the phone. As normally it would be their 5 hour tea break from 8:30 
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

I heard this morning that our managers have to justify every hour claimed this Christmas, it's a complete p*ss take!
