confused about the free shares

Okay well I've been working a tad over two years as a saturday worker and have received the shares...am I correct in saying that if I were to quit the job in 6 months time I will lose all of the free shares? Could someone shed some light on this matter and merry Xmas everyone - let's hope we all can finish early on Saturday (I know...doubtful lol).

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Yep, correct. Even then you will pay Tax and NI on them, until you have had them 5 years. :evil/mad
