52 Hour Week (1 Week Off In 4)

we have it in our office. our times are:-mon and tues 6.30-15.00, wed, thurs, fri, 6.10-15.00, sat, 6.00-14.30.....52 hrs a week for 3 weeks, 4th week off.

We've been doing it my office for 3 months but we are working 8hrs 45 mins a day and that adds to up 52 hours 30 mins a week.

Im confused with the timings

we were not offered this in our revision,i don't want much if any overtime this would suit me perfect,how many annual leave days do you get,our office is very small only about 30 delivery staff.

you get your normal basic allowance. if you have over 20 yrs you get the normal 6 weeks. less than that its about 4 and a half up to 5 weeks. plus about 13weeks rota leave a year on top of that.

you should have a slightly shorter days on mon/tues and sat. this compensates the discrepancies. a 39 hr week over 4 weeks is 156 hrs. but the 156 hrs is designed to be worked over the THREE weeks that you work, which is 52 hrs a week.
