this xmas some staff are working a 4 day week having a extra day off,of course the working day is a little longer to compensate for the extra day off,i might be unusual by saying this but after xmas I do not really want overtime,could I suggest to my dom to put me on a 4 day week,with a little bit longer hours for the 4 days or do I just cut off,trouble is we are a very small delivery office with a max of 30 staff.if any one cuts off in our office its like a bloody crime and the dom could make things awkward and before you ask we have NO office rep.what are my best options for next year.

i am aware of an office near me, similar size also with no rep. The business does what it likes because the staff are spitting feathers over their last rep who left 10 years ago.
So i'll ask you why don't you have a rep?
