Pay for staff on 24 hour contracts??

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knew if part time staff on 24 hours a week will be entitled to any bonus or lump sum this Friday? :Very Happy :Very Happy

Yes - but you'll need to check the various threads for specific criteria.

Top right corner of every page (just under Blue Banner) on RMC is a search facility - type in Bonus on the first field and press return. :Very Happy

Click on "Jump to Post" to read the posts that interest you. :Very Happy

Yeah I heard that about being in post in the 1st of October, I was so that's no problem I was just trying to work out what I might get.

Yes divide the full time bonus by 39 then times by your contracted weekly hours. Take tax into account.

You need to deduct 32% for Tax and National Insurance. Not sure about pension contributions?
