Mine's an eight incher but if you give it a good pull it gets longer....

Never had large rubber bands in our DO.I asked DIM to order some - he said - "We get what they send down"! So we continue to get our hands stung by trying to stretch small bands too far and then snapping them.

I just get fed up with the cunny funts who clean their vans out, find the 6-month old perished ones lying about, then dump them in my fitting and discreetly snigger round the corner at my outbursts of swearing when every other bastard one breaks as I bundle up....

I have no idea why RM even bother with the small ones. They're not fit for purpose. They snap and if you manage to get one round a bundle, they're so tight they f*ck up the letters. False economy. People throw them away because they're sh*t. Big rubber bands tend to be retained (by anyone with a brain) and are reused, over and over. I have a bag of them that I have been reusing for 4-5 months.
