Xmas wages dates

So Xmas week normally paid Friday after Boxing Day are we getting wages earlier that week or marmalade Friday

We are monthly paid at Plymouth Mdec and have just been told we have to wait till January 31st for our Christmas attendance bonus and the other £100 bonus.

If they can have the weekly paid bonuses paid on the 20th December why can't ours be included in our wages paid on the 24th December
