What is the difference in the normal hourly rate and SA ? Does anybody know please

s/a 10.15 1st 10 hours pressure 9.87. remaining 8.79

You don't get paid for meal breaks if your on sa rate.

Ours is Overtime, paid at SA rate, therefore we still take breaks.

Does SA Christmas overtime count towards the two lump sum SA payments each year?

Just will like to say that being paid at SA rate for OT in Delivery at Christmas is not the same thing as actually doing SA as it most likely happens in MC and MDEC - as for as i know.

SA in delivery is mainly Collections and the Locker/Office... perhaps early starts - opening up and locking up (I am not privy to such activities).
