How much do we get this year for Xmas Bonus?

Hi I have just looked through the new pay deal and I was wondering if anyone knows how much the christmas bonus will be this year? I've heard that it should be £200 but I would like confirmation please?

This question has been asked many times on here and the answer is the same every time. We will be getting £100 Christmas Bonus, £100 from Colleague shares and £200 for this new deal - all Pro rata.

will they pay the 400 all at once or is it being split 200 this week and 200 next week? heard it could be 200 this week

No idea the £200 linked to the deal never had a specific date, just that would get it before Christmas - but then there are only 2 pay days left till then.

If we don't get the £200 before xmas can we take them to court?

Graceeliza, you should get the £200 (pro rata) as the only stipulation on it appears to be that you were employed as of 1st October. As for the Christmas part, I dont know I'm afraid.

Ah, you are assuming they meant Christmas 2013....

Is it genuine that we get £100 for the colleague shares? the reason I ask is that it was rumored last year that we would get it but it didn't happen. Another reason is that the area manager doesn't know anything about it ( no surprise there ) and the local rep also doesn't know about it ( which is a surprise )

We did get a £100 payment for colleague shares and it was also agreed as from xmas 2013 we would get £100 on top of our £100 xmas bonus.

So next week if you are full time you will have 3 lump sums in your wages £100,£100 and £200.

Yes it is confirmed and we did get it last year but in August ( or around there) not at Christmas
